Contracts are made by the purchaser directly with the developer or builder not Medsun Villas Ltd. Plans and information supplied by us, our employees or sub-agents or in any of our literature are for guidance only and are believed to be acurate and true but are not guaranteed by Medsun Villas Ltd to be correct.
The information provided by Medsun Villas Ltd does not constitute any representation nor do they form the basis of any offer or contract. Accordingly, prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves on all matters of a legal nature or otherwise connected with their proposed purchase. The builders and developers reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
